Grandpa Ernest Speaks (2021) is a poetic 29’ documentary short film about memory and how we witness, archive, and transmit it.
Grandpa Ernest Speaks had its world premiere at the 2022 Prague International Indie Film Festival and has since screened in festivals across Europe and Africa.
It is now streaming, for a subscription fee, on OTV: an Emmy- nominated, artist-led nonprofit platform for intersectional television, with artists and their creative visions at the centre. Further press and another streaming link can be found at Girls In Film, here.
If you are a festival programmer or distributor, you can learn more about the film on its FilmFreeway page and follow along on Instagram.
